How it works
- Start from a transcript. Paste a transcript or a YouTube link to the meeting recording. Clerk notes and the published agenda are optional and make the draft better.
- Confirm the structure. Draft Minutes detects the actual order of business — including items taken out of order, skipped, or added from the floor — and shows you how it compares to the published agenda.
- Review item by item. Read the draft for each agenda item and request changes in plain language. Corrections carry forward through the rest of the meeting.
- Finalize. Add the clerk's name and get the finished draft as a PDF, in the browser and by email. Minutes from recorded meetings link each item to its timestamp in the video.
